Experience
A Note From Kimberly
“Hello,

I am Kimberly a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist. I come from a Cognitive Behavioral approach, which means I like to look at a person's thought processes and behaviors. My job is to help you to understand why you do what you do and think what you think. And then empower you to make the decision to either make changes to those thoughts/behaviors or not. My job is not to tell you how to live your life, but rather empower you to live the life that you choose to live, to its fullest. Sometimes there are roadblocks that stand in the way, preventing us from living out our highest potential. I feel honored when someone affords me the opportunity to walk along side of them. I have the utmost respect for those who take on the challenge of change. Change is not easy, and it is not comfortable. But in the end, it is worth the hard work, the fear, and enduring the uncomfortable feeling that you will experience in order to catapult you to a new you.

I am compassionate; honoring all that you have been through and validating your life experiences; I am a tool box, ready to give you therapeutic tools to help you build your life the way you desire it to be: I am a listener, to remind you that what you have to say, what you feel and what you think are important; I am a cheerleader to cheer you on and encourage you to never give up even though the road can be burdensome and overwhelming at times.
I will walk beside you in this journey. I believe your pace is the right pace for you. I will challenge you along the way and will encourage you to the best of my ability to help you achieve all that you choose to achieve emotionally for yourself. I look forward to entering this journey with you.”
Sincerely,

Kimberly Navarro
